Denver, CO - New Belgium Brewery

I left for Denver, CO the day after Christmas to help move my brother out. The drive was pretty much shit due inclimate driving conditions, however, the drive was good for a few things. 1) Descendents, listening to these guys brought back a new fondness. 2) Superchunk, Package Thief 3) The Great Wide Open of the West, The U.S. is a great place to live. 4) Hit my first tumbleweed.

After arriving in Denver, we immediately headed out for the New Belgium Brewery (Fat Tire). What a great trip this was, thanks to everyone for pitching in on the goodtimes. Got to taste some of Denver's finest, meet some of Denver's finest and see some of Denver's finest. All in all, such a great trip. Snowboarding for my first time made me realize how much I like having a board under my feet. We'll see what the future brings. For now, enjoy some photos from the trip! Cheers.

Goodtimes...

Denver, CO (con't) - Left Hand Brewery

Day one, 4 hours into our arrival, Left Hand Brewery was on the map. New Belgian Brewery killed this place though. For reals.

Denver, CO (con't) - Breckenridge

Driving into the mountains from Denver is pretty wild, especially if you've never driven through before. The locals seem to like to blaze through as fast as they can, pretty crazy. Upon arriving, nature was in full effect. Got to see some Big Horn Sheep, too many peaks to count and a lot of snow. Truly, a winter wonderland.

Breckenridge, CO. Special thanks to Devin & Marie for giving me all the pointers I could handle, that shit was so fun. Marie and I didn't have the camera on day two. Ofcourse, when you don't have a camera is when you really wish you did. I suppose that's life, fresh powder is fun.

At the top of Peak 8, Breckenridge... Tara, Josh, Devin, Marie and myself.... the start of a very rough day for myself.

As always, all good things must come to an end... That fire wouldn't start by the way.
